Monty Stevens is a lifelong resident of Stokes County and still resides on the family farm where he grew up and learned about hard work and a strong work ethic. There he raised his two children, Tyler and Jenna. Shortly after graduating from North Stokes High School, he graduated from Surry Community College and received his Emergency Medical Technician certification. After graduation, Monty began working with Stokes County EMS and discovered how much he enjoyed working with and helping people in their time of need. After a 2 year stint with Surry County EMS, he returned to Stokes County EMS and served for 32 years. During those 32 years he held the positions of Paramedic, Training Officer and Director.
"After retirement, I felt I was too young to retire. I felt I still had something to offer and could still help people, so I went back to school and received my Insurance License. Since 2013, I have been advising and counseling people on their insurance needs. I want to, and can, help YOU!"
